Reef Aquarium Store Full blown live coral shop – $40000 (mira mesa/sorrento valley)
For sale my custom coral aquaculture facility. Shop is located in mira mesa/sorrento valley area. It is facing a canyon in a quiet industrial park, great location close to highway. 1150 sq ft rent is $1100 a month, with flexible lease. My main system is 2500 gallons and consist of many tanks. 2 8ft glass tanks in front with t5 and 250 w halides on movers. Show tank is a 700g 3 sided island acqylic 8’x40″x42′ 1 1/2in thick absolutely no bow. 2’x2′ look down fiberglass tank for photography 400w halide. Also 2 more 8’x4′ fiberglass tanks in back warehouse 300g ea, 1000w halides with movers and refugiums underneath. 6′ protein skimmer, 2hp chiller, 3′ calcium reactor, 6 reef flo hammer head pumps and much more. All new electrical in the whole shop was put in when we built it for this system. Sub panel and light controlers on all tanks with individual breakers. Bamboo laminate floors in bathroom, show room, office. Custom desk/island in office. Murals in office and showroom with bamboo accents/trim. System has been running since it was built and is in perfect condition. Shop is 6 years old and very well established. 2000lbs of primo live rock and so much more, I could go on and on. Always do 25% water change at least every month.Vacuum gravel, clean filter once a month. High quality food, and feed every other day, will bring success in this hobby!
